- Once the payment for the order has been credited in our account, we will send you a confirmation email and SMS of Order Receipt.

- Order once submitted can be cancelled within 24 hours. Refund will be provided in customers account directly if the order is not shipped.
- Please fill the RETURN FORM within 24 hrs for transfer to your account. If you failed to fill the form within 24 hrs. We will refund the amount into your store credit only
If for any reason, we are not able to ship the goods within 10 days of placing the order, OR if (You do not receive tracking details within 10 days of placing the order)in that case Customer can cancel the order and we will refund the amount directly into your account.

- Delivery time for Preorders and Made to order is minimum 25 days for dispatch from the warehouse, shipping may take 7-10 days for delivery. Please place your order accordingly.
- If the shipping/delivery address provided by you is inaccurate or incomplete, in that case the delivery of the order may be delayed.
- We ship orders through third party logistic service providers ("Logistic Partner"). The cost of shipping is included in the price displayed at the time of checkout. We only ship through DHL World Wide Express method.
- You can track the status of the delivery of your order on DHL Express Website. You can also track your order on website by clicking on track your order in help section.
- DHL may also share the status of the delivery of your order or contact you to check your availability for delivering the order.
If you are not available at the time of the delivery of the order, the DHL will take the order back and mark it as not delivered and will try again as per their schedule. You can also contact your local DHL Office and reschedule the delivery. As soon as logistic partner handover the shipment to consignee the risk of Loss /Damage of product is on the customer’s account.
