For all returns being processed from delivery of product, goods, item, such as clothing and accessories (“Product”) undertaken outside the territories of India to you (or the “Customer”), we arrange for pick-up, as per our policies given herein below.
- A Product purchased from the Website, cannot be exchanged at a store whether owned and operated by us, or by any of our retail partners.
- To initiate the Return process of a purchased Product, kindly place a request with us, through this form- (Return)
- Subject to these policies and if the Return is initiated in accordance with the policies provided herein, you shall be given as refund, the amount back to your bank account or provided to you as store credit, which you may choose as per the terms of the Return Form - Return
- We do not accept any requests for Return of Products through email. Requests shared through email for Return shall not be acceptable as per our policies. We are not liable in cases of requests placed via e-mail and may not act upon such requests (for Return not placed with our [Return Form]. You are requested to follow our policies as given above for initiating any Return.
- We shall not accept Return request on Product purchased with 50% or above discount (or marked for final sale). Without any exceptions, in such cases, the Products shall not be eligible to be Returned, nor will the amount paid or received by us be refundable.
- Products purchased or offered without discount at full value, or, below 50% discount will be eligible for Return as per terms and conditions mentioned herein below.
Terms and Conditions for valid Return of products purchased below 50% discount or for full price-
- In case you have been delivered a wrong Product, or, in cases wherein a Product is received by you in a damaged condition, you may initiate the Return process of the Product within 48 (Forty Eighty) hours of the delivery. All Return of products, needs to be initiated by the process mentioned above link, wherein you may also be required to upload images of the relevant Product received.
- Not informing the Company about the damaged condition of Product, as per required procedure given above, may lead to rejection of your claim for refund.
- Product shall not be eligible for a Return under below conditions:
- If the Product has been damaged due to the fault of the Customer;
- If the Product has been altered by the Customer;
- If the Product has been washed, used, spoilt, or worn by the Customer;
- If the Product belongs to a category of non-returnable Products, as indicated on the Website; or
- ‘Accessories’ and ‘Innerwear’, including, without limitation, ‘Swim-Wear’ will not be eligible for Return.
- Gift Cards are not eligible for a Return, However, subject to applicable laws, they can be used/redeemed for the period of 2 years.
- Every Product is shipped with original labels and packaging, as well as, a tag attached reading "Once this tag has been removed, this garment cannot return" (“Return Tag”).
- Once the said Return Tag and/or labels have been removed, the Product shall in no circumstances be returnable.
- In this regard, it is clarified that, the purchased Product will not be eligible for a refund, if the Product is returned without the said Return Tag, original labels and original packaging. In cases wherein you still send us such a Product, we shall send it back to you solely at your expense and risk.
- Upon the receipt of the returned Product, we will reasonably inspect the returned Product, and notify you within 2 (Two) weeks of receipt of the returned Product, whether the returned Product is eligible for a refund or a Return (as per our policies).
- Upon you registering your issues with us for Return of relevant Product, we may request you to submit photographs of the Product to approve the Return.
- In all cases of Return of Product, if the relevant Product(s) is received by us after 30 days due to delays in initiating Return process and/or for any reasons attributable on you/the customer, such Product will not be accepted for valid Return/refund, and will be sent back at your cost and risk.
- Any returns received, which do not comply with this paragraph and shall be returned to you, at your expense and risk.
We are unable to accommodate Direct Exchanges. If you would like to exchange the Product, please Return your order and place a new order by using store credit. Kindly see our Return policy as set out herein for further details.
Upon completion of all processes, and once the Return of the Product is approved by us, we will refund the Product cost to you in the form of (a) “Refund to Store Credit” or (b) “Refund to Original Payment Method” (as preferred by you at the time of filling of Return Form).

- In case you have opted for the “Refund to Original Payment” method, shipping charges paid by you shall be deducted from the refund to be received by you. In case the item was shipped with ‘free delivery’, an amount of USD 30/- (United States Dollar Thirty) shall be deducted from the order amount. The refunded amount shall be exclusive of any duties and/or taxes.
- Once we have received your package as per our Return policies as set out herein, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
- Accordingly, please note that a refund may take 7-14 days to reflect in your bank account.
Some miscellaneous requirements to be aware of for the Return Process -
- In case you have opted for the “Refund to Store Credit” method, shipping charges paid by you shall be deducted from the refund to be received by you. Please note, the shipping charges or other charges borne by you, are non-refundable. In such cases, wherein the shipping of the Product was undertaken as a ‘free delivery’ an amount of USD 30/- (United States Dollar Thirty) shall be deducted from the order amount.
- The store credit which is refunded to you, can be used by you to repurchase our Product, within a period of 200 (Two Hundred) days of receipt of store credit into your ‘User Account’. The refunded store credit shall be exclusive of any duties and/or taxes. The store credits shall be non-transferable into your bank account.
- It is hereby clarified that in cases of returns, Hemant and Nandita or the Company does not refund the duties/taxes (as applicable, as per applicable laws) (paid by the customer, at the time of purchase of Product). You may contact your local customs office to get your tax refund processed.
- Valid Return Pick Up Request and Pick-up Charges borne by Us/You
- We provide a Return Pick-up facility, wherein charges for Return shall be taken care by us, for each validly placed Return (as per our policies herein). Once your Return request is approved, the shipping team will arrange the pick up by our courier and logistics services provider in your area where shipping was undertaken.
- Any Return of Product received by us, which does not comply with our policies herein, or any Return request(s) received after 48 (Forty Eight) hours of delivery (as per terms herein, notwithstanding the delays) shall not be accepted by us, and in case the Product has been sent to us, will be returned to you, at your sole expense and risk.
- The Return form is compulsory for all Returns. Please make sure that it is enclosed in the packing, while sending the returns. For all returns, please mention specifically the terms “RETURN TO SHIPPER”, the relevant ‘Order Number’, and ‘SKU name’ on the package for easy reference.
- Any items purchased by the Store Credits (received as store credits upon successful valid Return) won’t be entitled for any further Return or exchange.
- CANCELLATION OF CUSTOMER ORDER FOR REASONS GIVEN HEREIN BELOW–
- We consider it our responsibility, that your desired Products/ reach you, as per policies specified herein. In this regard, (i) in cases wherein we are unable to ship your purchased Products within 20 (Twenty) days of you placing the order and the Company receiving the same, or, (ii) in cases wherein you do not receive tracking details within 20 (Twenty) days of placing the relevant Order and, the Company receiving the same, you are entitled to cancel the relevant Order placed by you by following the Return process mentioned above RETURN FORM.
- In case of bona-fide cancellations of Orders as given above, we shall refund the amount directly into your bank account (as per the Return Form).
- In this regard please note that, the Return process can be initiated through the RETURN FORM only, request sent on email will not be considered.
