Return Policy

In case you are not satisfied with the product, or you have been delivered a wrong Product erroneously, you may return/exchange the product within 10 ( Ten ) days of the date of delivery, provided such merchandise shall not be eligible for a return/exchange & Duty, Taxes will not be refundable in below cases :

  • If the product has been damaged;

  • If there is a change in quality, quantity or any other characteristic of the product;

  • If the product has been altered;

  • If the product has been purchased in a sale for a discount for 30% (thirty per cent) or more;

  • If the product has been washed, used, spoilt, or worn;

  • If the product belongs to a category of non-returnable Products, as indicated on the Website; or

  • If the product is returned without tags, labels, original packaging

  • Accessories and Innerwear like swimwear will not be returned

Not withstanding the foregoing, in case a product is received by you in a damaged condition, you shall be required to inform us regarding the receipt of such damaged product within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the arrival of the product.

The return or exchange process can either be initiated through the Website on the Return/ Exchange Form or by sharing the details of the return/ exchange via email addressed to inquiries@hemantandnandita.in.

Upon the receipt of the returned product, we will inspect and notify if the returned merchandise is eligible for a return/exchange. Any returns received, which do not comply with this Section or any returns received after 10 (ten) days shall not be accepted and returned to you, at your expense. For the avoidance of any doubt,

The return shipping charges shall be required to be paid by you, in which case we will deduct an amount equivalent to $ 30/- (United States Dollars Thirty only) from the refund. No Return charges will be deducted if you are sending the return from your forwarder.

Every garment shipped with a tag attached reading "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot return". Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.

A Product purchased from the Website, cannot be exchanged at the store, owned and operated by us or any of our channel partners.

Once your return of the product has been approved, we will refund the Product cost to you in the form of store credits in your User Account, which shall be required to be exercised within a period of 120 (One hundred and twenty) days from the date of such credit. If you have opted for an exchange, we will exchange the product with a new product as per the return request.

The store credits shall only be limited to the amount of purchase cost and not the shipping cost. Further, the store credits shall be non-transferable.
