Return Policy

Sale return policy -

  • Currently, India is lockdown until 31st May due to COVID 19 Pandemic; hence the orders will be dispatched as the lockdown lifts.
  • Order once submitted can be cancelled within 24 hours. Refund will be provided in customers account directly if the order is in process.
  • Please fill the RETURN FORM within 24 hrs for transfer to your account. If you fail to fill the form within 24 hrs. We will refund the amount into your store credit only.
  • If for any reason, we are not able to ship the goods within 10 days of placing the order OR if ( you do not receive tracking details within 7 days of placing the order)in that case customer can cancel the order and we will refund the amount directly into your account .
  • If the shipping/delivery address provided by you is inaccurate or incomplete, in that case the delivery of the order may be delayed.
  • To avail free shipping worldwide, minimum checkout value should be USD 400
  • Product once purchased with 50% or above discount, will not eligible for Refund/Exchange.
  • Products which are on sale below 50% discount will be eligible for Return/ Exchange under below conditions

 

For Discount below 50% -

  • In case you are not satisfied with the product, or you have been delivered a wrong product erroneously, you may return/exchange the Product within 10 (Ten) days of the date of delivery.
  • Every garment shipped with a return tag attached reading "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot return". The product will not be eligible for a refund, if the product is returned without the return tag, labels and original packaging.
  • Our quality check will review the returned item and approve the return. We will refund the product cost to you in the form of store credits in your User Account, which can be used to repurchase within a period of 200 (Two hundred) days from the date of credit. If you have opted for an exchange, you can purchase a new product from the store credits.
  • Once your return of the product has been approved, we will refund the product cost to you in the form of store credits in your User Account, which shall be required to be exercised within a period of 200 (Two hundred) days from the date of such credit. If you have opted for an exchange, we will exchange the product with a new product as per the return request.
  • The store credits will not be inclusive of the shipping and duty charges ( if you have paid any shipping charges/ taxes / duties etc while purchasing the product , the same will not be credited ). Further, the store credits shall be non-transferable into your bank account.

Full Price Return Policy -

In case you are not satisfied with the Product or you have been delivered a wrong Product erroneously, you may Return/Exchange the Product within 10 (Ten) days of the date of delivery. Product shall not be eligible for a return/exchange under below conditions:

  • If the Product has been damaged;
  • If there is a change in quality, quantity or any other characteristic of the Product;
  • If the Product has been altered;
  • If the Product has been purchased in a sale for a discount above 50% ( fifty per cent) or more;
  • If the Product has been washed, used, spoilt, or worn;
  • If the product belongs to a category of non-returnable Products, as indicated on the Website; or
  • If the Product is returned without tags, labels, original packaging 
  • Accessories and Innerwear like swim will not be returned.
  • Gift Cards are not eligible for a return, However, they can be used for the period of 2 years

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in case a product is received by you in a damaged condition, you shall be required to inform us regarding the receipt of such damaged product within 48 (forty-eight) hours ,failing to do so may lead to rejection of your claim.

  • The return or exchange process can be initiated through this RETURN/ EXCHANGE FORM only, request sent on email will not be considered.
  • Upon the receipt of the returned Product, we will inspect and notify if the returned Product is approved for a return/exchange. We may request you to submit photographs of the product to approve the return. Any returns received, which do not comply with this Section or any returns received after 10 days shall not be accepted and returned to you, at your expense.
  • A refund may take 5-10 days to reflect in your bank.

For the avoidance of any doubt, every garment shipped with a tag attached reading "Once this tag has been removed, this garment cannot return". Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.

  • A Product purchased from the Website, cannot be exchanged at the store, owned and operated by us or any of our Retail partners.

  • Hemant and Nandita is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit in case you have sent the return through your own forwarder. Please use reliable courier service like DHL, Fedex etc

The Return form is compulsory for all Returns RETURN/ EXCHANGE FORM
