Q. Can I use 2 (Two) Promotional Coupons/Codes together?
Ans. No, you may only use 1 (One) Promotional Coupons/Codes in a single purchase or in a single customer order for the same Product(s).
Q. I am not able to apply Promotional Coupon/Code for purchase of Product(s) what may be the reason?
Ans. The Promotional Coupon/Code is only valid on products that are shown at full price.
Q. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Ans. Once the payment for the order has been credited in our account, you will receive a confirmation email and a SMS of Order Receipt. After Order Confirmation, we will process the order within 5-15 days and send you tracking details. Orders are packed and shipped between Mondays to Friday, excluding public holidays. In case any order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or any public holiday, the same will be processed and shipped on the next business days.

Ans. No. We do not take orders over the phone. The customer has to place the order directly on the website.

Q. How can I find out if the Company delivers to my Location?

Q. Do you ship free of cost?
Ans. We provide free shipping world-wide for orders of value above USD 400/- (United States Dollar Four Hundred Only) or equivalent amount in other relevant currencies.
Q. Do I need to pay any duty or charges in respect of my Order?
Ans. The Price of the Products you pay at the time of purchase, is inclusive of the applicable taxes and duties for Customers in the USA. The Customers from any other country/ region except the USA, will have to pay applicable taxes and duties on the Products at checkout.
Q. I have already placed my order. Can I add more items to the same order?
Ans. No. Once the order is placed, you won’t be able to add more items in it. You will have to place another order. You can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org in case you want both the orders to be shipped together.
Q. Why did I receive only a part of my order?
Ans. At times, the order is shipped in different tranches/consignments as per requirements. Please email us at email@example.com to get any and all clarity on your order.

Q. What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
Ans. Upon the receipt of the returned Product, we will inspect and notify if the returned Product is approved for a Return. Once approved, We will refund the Product cost to you in the form of “Refund to store credit” or “Refund to original payment method” (As preferred by you at the time of filling of Return Form). In the case of “Refund to store credit”, the credit can be used to repurchase within a period of 200 (Two hundred) days. Store Credits can only be used once and will not be reissued in the event of a Return.
Q. I was not charged for shipping during checkout, will i get full Return amount as Return/ store credit?
Ans. In cases wherein you have not been charged during checkout/purchase for shipping, USD 30 (United States Dollar Thirty) shall be deducted from the Return/store credit amount. Accordingly, price of the Product as displayed to you at the time of purchase (less USD 30) shall be refunded or provided as store credit (as applicable, please check our relevant policies in this regard here).
Q. I need to Return an item; how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Ans. You may initiate the Return process of the Product within 48 (Forty Eighty) hours of the delivery. All Return of products, needs to be initiated by the process mentioned above [Link], wherein you may also be required to upload images of the relevant Product received. Once you have placed a Return request as per the Return Form, and the same is approved by us thereafter the Return process shall be commenced We provide Return pick-up assistance for orders shipped. Accordingly, for orders shipped to you, upon processing of your Return Form and request for Return, and the Company duly approving the same, our logistics and courier services providers shall arrange the pick-up and coordinate with you in this regard. Charges herein for the Return shall be borne by us.

Q. How do I Return my Products?
Ans. We require you to initiate any and all Return requests within 48 (Forty Eight) hours, via our ‘RETURN FORM’, which may additionally include you attaching and uploading relevant pictures of the Product/goods/items you are looking to Return. We shall approve your Return request subject to our policies, and inform you of the same. You can obtain refund in the form of store credit, or, refund of amount to your bank account (as per relevant details filled in the Return Form).

Q. I requested for refund, but I have not received it yet, what may be the reasons?
Ans. Once we have received your package as per our Return policies as set out herein [LINK], your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Accordingly, please note that a refund may take 7-14 days to reflect in your bank account.
