Do you take orders over the phone?

No. We do not take orders over the phone. The customer would have to place the order directly by sending their requirement on e-mail, you can send your email at inquiries@hemantandnandita.in

I have already placed my order. Can I add more items to the same order?

No. Once the order is placed, you won’t be able to add more items in it. You will have to place another order to shop again before shipping order.

Why did I receive only a part of my order?

Please e-mail at inquiries@hemantandnandita.in to get more clarity on your order status.

I need to return an item; how do I arrange for a pick-up?

You can initiate a pick up within 10 days of receiving your order. Once you have started the process for a pick-up, our logistic partners will contact you with the details. Please ensure that the items are properly packed with the order number/invoice number on top of the packet.

If you choose to self-ship the products, kindly address the package to the below-mentioned address. Additionally, please mention the invoice number and the number of items you are sending on a paper and keep it inside the package.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Once your return of the product has been approved, we will refund the product cost to you in the form of store credits in your User Account, which shall be required to be exercised within a period of 120 (One hundred and Twenty) days from the date of such credit. If you have opted for an exchange, we will exchange the product with a new product as per the return request.

The return shipping charges shall be required to be paid by you, in which case we will deduct an amount equivalent to $ 30/- (United States Dollars Thirty only) from the refund. No return charges will be deducted if you are sending the return from your forwarder.

The store credits shall only be limited to the amount of purchase cost and not the shipping cost. Further, the store credits shall be non-transferable.

Is there any reduction for returns outside USA?

Duty & taxes will be non refundable in case of return from outside USA.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

You may track the status of the delivery of the order on the website of the DHL Express. DHL may also share the status of the delivery of your order or contact you to check your availability for delivering the order. In the event, you are not available at the time of the delivery of the order, the Logistic Partner { DHL } will take the order back and mark it as not delivered. You may then contact us on the process of procurement of the order.

You will get email notifications of tracking from our side , So you can track status from there.

Why am I not receiving order/shipping notifications?

In case you don't find your email notifications, please look into the Promotions/Spam folder in your mailbox.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once the payment for the order has been credited in our account, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Once we have confirmed the order, we will process the order within 2 (two) business days. Orders are packed and shipped between Mondays to Friday, excluding public holidays. In case any order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or any public holiday, the same will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
